This agreement is entered into by and between Pink Digital Academy™ (owned by Klarissa Valderas) (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the purchaser (“Student”). By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

Pink Digital Academy™ provides an online digital marketing course with resources, training, and templates.

These Terms apply to all students of Pink Digital Academy™. Separate Affiliate Terms apply only to eligible grandfathered affiliates.

2. Course Access

Once payment is complete, you will receive access to the course materials through Systeme.io.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared with non-paying individuals.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.

Payment is due at checkout.

Options such as Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay, or Klarna may be available.

By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Refund Policy

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS.

Due to the digital nature of Pink Digital Academy™, once access is granted, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstance.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

5. Licensing & Usage

Pink Digital Academy™ is sold for personal use only.

You may use the course to learn and apply the strategies for your own business.

Redistribution, sharing, or reselling the course in any form is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All core course materials, designs, and resources remain the intellectual property of Pink Digital Academy™.

Some lessons may reference or include third-party resources (e.g., public YouTube videos). These are credited to their original creators and used for educational purposes only.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content and it may be subject to change or removal at any time by the original creator.

7. Legacy Affiliate Program (Grandfathered Students Only)

The Pink Digital Academy™ Affiliate Program is no longer available to new students.

Students who enrolled on or before July 31, 2026 may remain eligible to participate, provided they comply with the current Affiliate Agreement and any required verification or enrollment procedures.

Pink Digital Academy™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time for future enrollments.

8. Disclaimer

Pink Digital Academy™ provides training and tools to help you start and grow a digital business.

We do not guarantee any level of income, results, or success.

Earnings depend on individual effort, consistency, and market conditions.

Any income examples shared are for illustration purposes only and do not promise or predict your personal results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pink Digital Academy™ and its owner are not responsible for any financial, technical, or personal decisions made as a result of taking this course.

You accept full responsibility for implementing strategies and understand that outcomes may vary.

10.Changes to Terms & Course Content

Pink Digital Academy™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, course content, lessons, modules, bonuses, templates, resources, pricing, promotions, and business policies at any time to improve the learning experience or reflect changes in our business. Any updates will become effective upon being posted. Continued access to or use of the course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
